Yay for Yuma

Over the years we have stayed at a dozen resorts where you can buy your RV lot, stay as long as you want and make enhancements to your liking. With our home town neighbors Ben and Sid, we have stayed at the ownership resort Happy Trails in Surprise, Arizona and Stoneridge Golf and RV Resort. We visited our RV traveling buddies, Gordon and Karen at Outdoors Resorts Indio. Ownership parks vary from Star Valley Ranch RV Park in Wyoming to Motorcoach Country Club in Indio, California.

Yuma is the warmest spot in Arizona for the winter months. Our Tour 2021 is starting off with a one month stay at The Palms RV Resort in Yuma, Arizona. Lots here are very reasonable and the HOA fees are as well. We are trying out this resort to see how we like "settling in" for a bit. Someday we may decide to stays for months at a resort. If so, it would make sense to purchase a lot. For now we are happy with spending the winters in the warm states and traveling in the summer. We'll see!

We are joined this month by our close friends, Steve and Susan from Paso Robles.

This week we had dinner at the Yuma Elks and sat out at their WaterFall Fire Pit.
