Highway 1: Fort Bragg to Leggett, California

While we didn't get a chance to power the Mothership up Hwy 1 north of Mill Valley, we did get to visit the stretch from Fort Bragg to Leggett.

There are dozens of spectacular photos we could show you, but there just isn't enough space on the Internet to hold them all.

This cool tree tunnel was just a hundred feet away from the rocky seashore above.

Another great beach, albeit a little cold for swimming.

This bicyclist is about 40 miles from Leggett, the next tiny town, population of 122 in 2010.

There are plenty of large RVs at this campground. Hey!!! How did you get here?

This is the last view of the coast before Hwy 1 turns inland going North.

These bikers are too far away to see their huge smiles that they got from touring down this awesome motorcycle road.

This is a common view in the last six miles of this road, a motorcyclist's paradise.

While the weather along the full length of Hwy 1 from Mill Valley to Leggett won't get you very tan, the views are spectacular. Thank you Lord!
